Terms and Conditions of UseI HAVE checked the box stating that I wish to officially endorse the VMMA and therefore I support:
  • Legislation that eliminates criminal and civil penalties for the doctor-advised, medical use of marijuana by veterans with serious medical conditions.
  • Urging the Veterans Administration and its doctors not to withhold treatments from a patient under their care simply because the veteran patient tests positive for marijuana.
  • That in a state where patients are permitted to use marijuana medicinally for serious and/or chronic conditions, and a veteran's physician has recommended its use in accordance with that state's law and medical practice standards, the veteran should not be subject to any V.A. penalties for such medical use.

Regardless of my decision to officially endorse the VMMA,
